10mm Thick Lightweight Gym Mat

10mm Lightweight EVA Gym Mats are very easy to install mats as they are extremely lightweight. Primarily used as a yoga mat, Each mat is 6ft Long (1.82m) x 4ft Wide (1.22m) x 10mm Thick and 3KG in weight. EVA Mats are made from high grade foam material which is lighter than a traditional rubber mat. EVA is a dense foam material which is firm underfoot and does not sink.

It also features greater thermal insulation than the majority of solid rubber mats. EVA this thick is not recommended for machines or weights and is just for lighter use. The Mats have Anti Slip smooth Surfaces on both sides. Like laminate floor EVA will expand ever so slightly on the edges so we recommend leaving a 25mm gap on the perimeter.
